- Story Title — a brief headline
- Story Description — tell us about the issue, initiative, or story you'd like us to cover
- Category — community initiative, local issue, charity work, business story, education, health & wellbeing, environment, politics & policy, or other
- Relevant Links — any news articles, websites, or social media links (optional)
- Image or Photo — relevant to your story (optional)
